Light Key Lime Pie

• ⅓ cup water, boiling
• 1 box sugar-free lime gelatin
• 2, 6 oz fat-free key lime yogurt
• 8 oz fat-free whipped topping
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Crust: Coat the pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs all over the dish. Once the crumbs are covering the whole plate, spray the top with spray butter (5 pumps). Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Filling: Heat until boiling and add key lime jello. Once completely dissolved (at least 5 minutes) add yogurt and fat-free whipped topping. Fold in until well-blended. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until set.

Change up the flavors ... strawberry yogurt and gelatin, blueberry, lemon. Make your family's favorite flavor.
